NAMMBA

Visual Design & Event Coordination (2022 - Present)

For NAMMBA’s annual CONNECT conference, I’ve played a dual role across multiple years; leading the creation of visual assets while also supporting the live execution of the event experience.

On the design side, I’ve developed a wide range of branded materials to support the conference environment and attendee journey. This includes digital assets, standees, directional signage, sponsor recognition pieces, and multiple presentation decks used throughout the event. Each piece is designed to maintain brand consistency while enhancing clarity, engagement, and overall atmosphere. This role has allowed me to blend visual design with live event execution; ensuring that every touchpoint, from screen to stage, feels cohesive, intentional, and engaging for attendees.

Presentation Design

Creating and managing multiple presentation decks per day, enesuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the conference's visual identity.

Event Coordination & Technical Support

Coordinating presentations and assisting with MC responsibilities, helping guide the flow of the event from session to session. Supporting soundcheck and on-site technical setup, ensuring seamless transitions and a smooth experience for speakers and attendees.

Maintaining and adjusting the event schedule in real time to keep programing aligned with the overall event plan. Produsing and adapting assets as needed throughout the event to elevate engagement and create a cohesive, immersive conference experience.

Printed Materials

Collaborated in a suit of printed collateral to support the physical conference experience , including standees, directional signage, and sponsor recognition displays. Each piece was created by to be highly visible, easy to nagivite, and aligned with the overall event branding; helping guide attendees through a multi-day conference with numerous sessions, activations, and networking spaces.

The materials balanced functionality and visual impact, ensuring clarity in high-traffic areas while reinforcing brand essence across the venue.
